To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食魚生飯

7點半經過時門口有人等位，店內坐滿一家大細，店內只有大約10-12個位。10點做完野再嚟就冇哂人，兩個人點咗角切魚生飯、三文魚拖羅蓉飯、三文魚腩刺身同芝士年糕，太餓都冇影到相。兩碗飯都幾大，飯係暖嘅(我喜歡食暖飯)，但又唔會太熱令到魚生都暖埋。魚生都新鮮，而且有前菜同麵豉湯跟上。最有驚喜係三文魚腩原來係厚切，而且夠新鮮，60蚊6件都抵！芝士年糕就有小小失色，唔夠煙韌，不過38蚊3塊，比大部分日本餐廳平。兩個人賣單230蚊倒，抵食小店，一定會再嚟
