Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運越開越多,唔止攞米芝連,仲衝出埋香港。我覺得食嘢,永遠係總店最好味,之前食過IFC個間覺得一般,咁今次特意係試總店。叫咗幾個點心,坦白講,同其他高級點心比,佢真係比唔上,不過勝在價錢大眾化,以今時今日,兩個人叫到全枱點心,百幾蚊真係去邊到揾,仲要都幾好食,蒸嘅點心入面個料味道唔錯,只係個皮厚咗d,另外,超鍾意食個焗叉燒包,又熱又脆,好味,不過可以唔使咁濃味。總括嚟講,點心未必做到好精緻,不過味道算中上,而且抵食,都值得去
