To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食，但冇服務。因為晚上六點後冇堂食，所以四點幾去食個下午茶。睇個價錢好平，不過份量都少咗。嗌咗兩個下午茶餐同埋兩個小食，下午茶餐都係啲魚生飯，烏冬。主食味道正常，小食嗌咗炸魷魚鬚同埋牛油雞翼，炸魷魚鬚好食，外脆內軟。不過牛油雞翼就麻麻，好似普通雞翼咁，冇乜分別。跟餐嘢飲嗌左凍檸茶，啲茶色好濁，唔知係咪用錯咗茶膽。一入到去未掃安心出行，未量體溫，佢已經係咁叫我哋入去。入到去嗌嘢食個侍應完全冇出過聲，唔知係咪社企。可能晚市唔做，所以五點幾已經準備收檔，係咁收走啲嘢好似想趕走我哋。
