深水埗有新特色小食😃就係筲箕粉,即係將梯田糙米,磨成粉漿,然後用筲箕蒸,最後將佢手切☺️一聽就知係手工野好特別。牛腩筲箕粉好得意,筲箕河粉口感彈牙,有少少似腸粉嘅感覺,但係咬落去更加彈牙。由於係即叫即做,所以食嘅時候係熱辣辣,上面仲有啲菜譜花生,仲有佢哋秘製醬油,加埋就好滋味,30幾蚊來講好抵食。另外食咗手撕雞撈麵,撈麵本身炒過,所以好香口,入面仲有花生青瓜,雞絲係人手撕開所以食嘅時候更加有口感,整體都唔錯,但係自己來講會比較鍾意食筲箕河粉。最後仲加左份燒賣,值得一題,係佢哋嘅辣椒油,好好食🤓
