To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日試早餐A($23),A餐的粉面有通粉丶米粉丶公仔面，餸就係雙併再加多士和熱飲，我揀了火腿炸菜肉絲米，米粉夠爽，湯底就好一般，唔係用忌廉湯做湯底，火腿和炸菜肉絲都係一般，多士可以自選2種，我揀奶油多，奶油夠多士又熱，這個可以加分！奶茶有大排檔水準，茶味濃。扒餐㨂左雞扒腸配奶油多，茶走，雞扒醃得夠味，不會炸得太乾，切開見到有肉汁，不過賣相比較差，腸仔就炸得乾左少少，沒特別，奶油多夠熱脆口，正。茶走的煉奶份量剛好，不太甜，更顯茶味。以$22計，抵食！
