To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日黎Airside行下市集行下商場咁，原本打算喺foodcourt 嗰邊搵下野食，但真係比較多人同又真係幾肚餓，就轉攻地下同地庫搵下野食，黎到Chatterbox Café門口，望一望個menu，雖然價錢唔算好平，但係望入去環境好似幾舒服同都想食海南雞既原故，就入座啦。坐低侍應再俾埋個2人餐既menu我地睇，$338 有1份小食2份主菜1份蔬菜2杯飲品，咁抵食即叫啦。想特別一提，覺得呢間餐廳上菜既侍應都好好，擺野上枱仲會幫我地安排一下擺位，唔似得出面好多時遇到都係求其見位就掉上枱，呢個價錢有種服務真心超好，原本想喺服務俾5粒星，但又因為叫埋單叫咗超多次等咗超過10分鐘先有張單仲要牛頭唔搭馬咀，所以扣咗啲啲分。野食都幾好食，唯獨個XO醬炒蘿蔔糕太碎，口感不夠好。
