首先講下呢個澳洲和牛漢堡,真係令人驚喜。和牛即煎,保持咗肉質嘅Juicy同埋有肉味,大大塊嘅肉食落去真係好滿足。仲有,塊麵包都煎過,加咗啲香脆感,同和牛嘅搭配簡直完美。

黑松露薯條
薯條部分,佢哋炸得外酥內軟,加上黑松露醬,味道層次豐富,真係好難抵擋。每條薯條上面都撒咗芝士粉,令味道更加提升,食一條又一條。

唐揚炸雞
炸雞鎚做得好好,外層酥脆,裏面肉質保持Juicy,搭配特製醬汁,每一口都係滿足感爆棚。

啤酒脆漿炸大啡菇配黑松露醬
