識得揀午市黎食omakase其實真係比較相宜,野食款式仲一d都唔少架😜

➡️”火灸金線鯛" 其實姐係紅衫魚,魚肉白身帶少少紅肉,味清淡較有咬口,加咗柚子皮好清新

➡️”烏魚子銀雪魚" 真係有驚喜,魚肉好滑就唔洗講,加埋烏魚子嘅香味非常吸引,仲要入口即溶嘅口感真係相當唔錯😋😋

➡️”大拖中拖手卷" 呢個非常特別,大拖羅脂肪相當多,一咬魚油香出哂黎,但係因為仲有中拖羅,口感又會較有咬口,魚味又會更鮮甜,中間仲有紫蘇葉分隔,好易就食到兩種拖羅嘅味道,一次過滿足哂兩種口味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

➡️”鰤魚腩"即係油甘魚,魚肉紅色透白,肉質甜美,加埋醬油非常鮮甜

➡️”黑陸魚",黑皮赤紅肉,食落肥美,肉身較為粗糙,但魚味突出,火灸後加上柚子皮提鮮

➡️”牛油蒜蓉煎大蝦",大蝦啖啖肉好新鮮,牛油蒜蓉雖然邪惡,但真係好香好惹味

—湯—
係➡️”魚湯",加咗油豆腐,豆腐同蔥花,味道鮮甜,不過8貫壽司已經搶哂focus 啦🤣🤣

甜品
用➡️”柚子雪糕"作結尾,味道清新,非常滿足😝😝
