疫情期間冇得去旅行,造就omakase越開越多。今次揀咗銅鑼灣一間中等嘅黎試下。25道菜好豐富,千五蚊算幾抵。以下精選幾道我的最愛記錄下!北海道白玉米:生食鮮嫩清甜,帶微微嘅蔗香。海草伴松葉蟹:沖繩水雲質感似髮菜,柔軟微黏同絲絲蟹肉好夾。以醋調味酸娓娓好開胃。真調魚卷海膽豆腐:薄切嘅真調魚片晶凝通透,透出內餡嘅橙黃色!上面仲有菊花花瓣作點綴,幾別緻!活北寄貝:肥美厚實,切割完仲好新鮮仲會郁,滴少少青柚子汁一啲都唔腥!龍蝦刺身:彈牙嘅龍蝦肉本身冇乜味,配搭鮮甜濃郁嘅馬糞海膽就啱晒!加些少魚子醬調味就更加高級。牡丹蝦刺身:大大隻肉質豐滿好有睇頭,蝦肉鮮甜。本來已經濃郁嘅蝦膏經過調味更加香濃惹味。酸汁啫喱生蠔:來自日本岩手縣氣仙町蠔,質地嫩滑,一啲都唔腥,浪不虛名!車海老:輕輕焯至成熟,彈牙得來保持鮮甜,以積木柚子皮作點綴好清新。蝦頭都唔浪費,炸得酥脆,佐酒一流。北海道銀鱈魚:從來冇食過刺身版本嘅銀鱈魚,原來新鮮嘅話可以咁樣食!好似拖羅咁滑但係又冇咁油膩。加埋炸蒜好友西京燒嘅影子。岩手縣紫海膽:原隻新鮮開好吸睛,比馬糞海膽清甜,加埋高湯製成嘅啫喱同埋三文魚子味道啱啱好。每一隻嘅味都獨一無二,
