出咗bonus 要慶祝一下,當然要食好嘢,見到Sushi N有全日omakase $698一位再加一,性價比不錯,決定帶朋友嚟試。前菜沙律酸甜開胃。茶碗蒸蒸蛋嫩滑,除了三文魚子,還有冬菇,蟹柳絲等。蠔來自岩手縣,好大又肥美,肉質爽滑。刺身兩品甜蝦他他,甜蝦蓉加上岩鹽及菊花做調味,口感綿密配香脆鱈魚片食。然後間八魚刺身,配特製松露酸汁,加上啲紫蘇花一齊食。和食吉列大蝦熱辣辣,大蝦肉質爽口。個蝦頭炸得非常香脆,蘸d自家製蕃茄醬一齊食,好味。壽司五貫蜜柑鯛壽司,散發淡淡蜜柑香氣。黑鯥魚壽司,火炙後甘香,配上三星漬。伊佐木壽司,配柚子胡椒,味道清新。北海道鮫鰈魚壽司加上魚裙邊,經火炙,好肥美嘅感覺。雲丹北海道紫海膽軍艦,紫海膽creamy味道細膩。鮑魚清酒煮鮑魚壽司,鮑魚好腍鮮味。拖羅中拖羅,好肥美,油香十足,大滿足。壽司五貫嘅最後一貫,火炙銀鱈魚配炸京蔥絲,魚味加上魚油香濃。和牛海膽卷師傅火炙和牛放上壽司卷上面,然後再放上海膽,好吸引。和牛融化再配上香滑海膽,正。吸物面豉湯裡面有豆腐昆布還有蜆肉。海鹽雪糕最後甜品,海鹽雪糕微咸的海鹽味,幾特別。
