Hong Kong Style Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活相信大家都食過，有時突然好肚餓，想平靚正快啲搞掂，都會去食吓。今晚收工真係好肚餓，餓到想食好多肉，之後路過見到鐵板牛扒餐先56蚊，仲有埋碗飯同嘢飲，真係抵到爛。咁嘅價錢就唔好有太多要求，入面有齊牛扒、豬扒、雞扒同一條好大嘅芝士腸，仲想點。牛扒係好簿嘅，不過都幾多肉，而且好易咬，牛味就冇乜，同普通茶餐廳牛扒早餐d牛扒差唔多。豬反而幾好味，一d都唔肥，有咬口。雞肉都ok。不過個黑椒汁就太jit，睇相都睇得出，唔係流汁嘅，係一patpat，所以成個餐嘅賣相就唔太好。蕃茄汁飯幾好味，不過最後食唔晒。
