之前係東京都有買過The Matcha Tokyo,鐘意抹茶嘅人好開心呀。今日好熱 食完light lunch想食個雪糕,試左佢哋嘅牛角包窩夫配抹茶軟雪糕及北海道牛乳雪糕。佢嘅最底部係粟米脆片,中層係北海道牛乳雪糕,再係最頂層擠上抹茶味軟雪糕,最後再放上Croffle。Croffle係將牛角包麵團夾係鬆餅機裡面加熱,食嘅時候唔會有空氣感,但係表面依然係非常鬆脆嘅,食得出佢哋嘅牛角包麵團好有牛油香氣,好好味。而抹茶軟雪糕有淡淡嘅抹茶清香,亦都帶有少少奶香,唔會太濃而苦澀,我自己就好鐘意呢種淡淡抹茶味,但係鐘意好濃抹茶味嘅人可能會覺得失望。而北海道牛乳雪糕味道就比較普通,有少少冰沙口感,唔係太滑。粟米脆片亦都唔係太脆,上面嘅雪糕食左大半先發現下而嘅脆片,本身無咩味道,可能同雪糕攪拌之後食會好味啲?呢個雪糕甜品$68,有少少偏貴,雖然croffle同抹茶算唔錯,但係整個甜品嘅配搭就算係一般啦。
