To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

地點係比較難搵都係行d樓梯行d斜路店入面既座位就唔係太多大約4-5張枱假期夜晚去到都幾多人下甜品真係太多款式喇選擇困難既我一於試下黑板上寫既Top one 日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟拌抹茶雪糕 $68雪糕係放心太軟上面旁邊就有蕨餅同白玉所以要快啲影完相雪糕會好快溶一切開啲流心就傾瀉出黎小山園抹茶粉真係好濃同好香所以抹茶醬都唔會好甜配埋雪糕中和番好夾特製抹茶百匯 $75蕨餅寒天抹茶啫喱十勝紅豆白玉抹茶雪糕2球呢個乜都有既組合仲有2球雪糕添蕨餅真係好好食🥲 煙韌得黎又好軟熟搞到我食唔停好有日本既感覺紅豆唔會過甜白玉都好正煙韌適中另外都試左樣唔係抹茶既brownie🍫自家布朗尼雲尼拿新地 $52上枱已經超級香朱古力味 Brownie質地都唔錯外面焗到鬆脆但入面就有小小唔夠濕潤不過整體都好好食同雲尼拿雪糕係絕配聽講梳乎厘同卷蛋都好出色下次要再黎食🥰
