To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為抹茶控嘅我🍵🤤bookmark咗唔少食抹茶甜品嘅餐廳位於西營盤嘅日式甜品店松屋就係List入面嘅其中一間😍呢日 終於搵機會同購友去試咗！餐廳面積不大 只有4、5張枱木枱凳配上綠色牆身 感覺幾舒服🍨日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕見到Menu寫住限定供應！當然要試試呢道甜品「綠」得賞心悅目💚💚一切開心太軟 流心抹茶醬傾瀉而出 相當澎湃蕨餅口感Q彈 再配上黃豆粉小丸子加紅豆蓉食完非常滿足💖🧀梳乎厘芝士蛋糕呢個芝士蛋糕比一般切開大件叫得梳乎厘 質感亦較為輕盈鬆軟冇咁厚實 所以亦冇咁飽滯🗻「富士融雪」特飲呢杯個名夠晒浪漫賣相又夠晒打卡able嘅飲品其實係焙茶latte～☕飲品面放上一串小丸子配紅豆蓉拌勻後飲用 焙茶味濃郁
