To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到呢間松屋網上評價幾高，今日黎開附近就順便黎一試😍鍾意食抹茶既人一定要黎食下！呢度既抹茶甜品真係好出色，用既係丸久小山園抹茶，味道甘香，仲有各式其他唔同既甜品，好似都唔錯～  1️⃣日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕（$72）個心太軟好正😍一切開，抹茶漿即刻流曬出黎。心太軟焗得外面微脆，抹茶味道甘香，唔會假甜🤤勁鍾意❤️另外抹茶雪糕都好好味，夾埋心太軟一齊食完全係雙重既抹茶享受～仲有抹茶蕨餅，食落幾煙韌，同埋白玉伴上黃豆粉都好好食。  2⃣️北海道牛奶梳乎厘（原味）伴雲尼拿雪糕（$58）梳乎厘都令我好驚喜，空氣感十足🤩好蓬～食落有少少砂糖既沙沙感但係唔會感覺過於甜膩。一食落口係真係一陣入口即溶既空氣感，好好味～配上雲尼拿雪糕好夾👍
