To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們於14/11（二）下午兩樣四十五分左右到達餐廳，當時沒有客人，而內里位置不多，較溫馨。老闆娘在教兒子功課😂餐廳用QR code下單，每人需點一樣食品。我們叫了以下2款：❶日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕（$75）：有3塊蕨餅，旁有紅豆溶及士多啤梨🍓醬，抹茶心太軟上是抹茶雪糕，一冷一熱，口感特別，有些少抹茶味，不算十分苦。抹茶心太軟流心不算十分溶岩式，但也有流心。❷抹茶拿鐵（跟餐+$25）：泡泡是心形，喝到底較苦，有抹茶味🍵❸北海道梳乎厘伴雪糕（$62）：梳乎厘不算十分蓬鬆，一「桔」就會縮水，會「皺皮」🤣，果然好空氣，會食到糖🥄粒到了約下午三點鐘左右，開始多人，只有老闆娘負責後廚部份，兒子幫手做小侍應😝食物不算十分便宜，中價位，埋單不用加一。
