Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹呢間小菜館，仲話記住食佢個避風塘瀨尿蝦，今日終於去咗試咗，真係正，因為係D瀨尿蝦已經拆晒肉，食落去啖啖肉，好High。佢D乾蒜都真係爆得幾香，好有避風塘嗰種風味。佢呢度個雞煲翅真係抵食，好似係$108一盅，一人份量，都幾多翅，好足料，雞湯香濃。佢呢度有隻德國麥啤都幾好飲，易入口，唔會苦，麥味都幾香，唔知係唔係食咗咕嚕肉D菠蘿，覺得隻麥啤有D菠蘿香味。聽講呢度嘅咕嚕肉又係必點嘅，網上講係新鮮豬肉加新解菠蘿，叫咗試咗，真係必點，可能係食過最好食嘅咕嚕肉，外層粉漿落咗個甜酸汁之後仍然保持少少脆口，入面舊豬肉(估計係梅頭肉)又真係熟得黎Keep到軟綿綿嘅質地，真係幾好食。
