To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食日本本拉麵，除左一蘭，呢間拉麵店都係不錯的推介舖面寬敞，餐廳採用客席同廚房連成一體的設計，感覺更有日本風情店員招呼周到，仲細心得幫你將外套掛上牆上，袋都可以放到枱下的滕籃好彩早d入黎，否則，大排長龍點左招牌菜超級巨熊拉麵同熊自家製餃子超級巨熊拉麵（$123）拉麵材料多，當中真的要激讚糖心蛋，剛熟，蛋黃流心之餘，蛋味濃郁，味道不咸，蛋白也滑溜入口，推介必試！叉燒厚度剛好，汁煮得香而不咸，叉燒入味之餘，並不感到肉膩，面則選了幼麵，硬身，食落彈牙爽口，面質毫不輸蝕，配上由豬骨，海帶，上海螺片同魚乾製成嘅湯底，精華盡嘗之餘，沒有魚腥，味道當然不用說也知道一流，師傅即製上枱，新鮮食用並不會浸軟，影響食材同顧客對食物要求，抵讚！同熊自家製餃子（$38）眼見隔離嘅食客點了餃子，賣相吸引，不得不想一嘗，一咬落口，師傅亦將餃子煎得香口之餘，餃子皮薄餡多，餡料的肉汁完全封存好，令到餃子更為出色，手工一流～餃子也不得不推介是次餐廳體驗很好，價錢合理，可惜的是，餐廳為保持食物質素而不設外賣，若想再食，就一定要到餐廳享用
