To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天要在金鐘上Course，要在此區揾食。金鐘實在無嘜好選擇（要較平民價錢），入一風堂吃碗日本拉麵數。端來的麵較細碗，份量並不多，男人吃會不夠。湯底濃濃奶本色加很多䓤粒，餐牌話用豬骨。先嚐一口湯，頗鹹，濃濃豬骨湯味，個人並不太喜歡吃拉麵，不懂欣賞。麵的質地很好，有蛋香及麵粉香，但只得兩片叉燒，叉燒OK。整體可以，但很貴，埋單加一位60.50!評分:65分
