To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果要光顧星浪餐廳,可以係香港仔直接坐船到達模達灣,或者係索罟灣坐街渡過模達灣。我唔建議係索罟灣行過去,因為係山路黎,大約要行30分鐘。今年係星浪餐廳慶祝小弟生日,我十分開心,食物質素高,老闆又服務得好,景又令,係海灘附近,碼頭一落船就望到餐廳,路程五分鐘到。我地叫左鵝肝,炸魷魚圈,三文魚配意大利飯,一杯紅酒,一杯白酒,都覺得好飽,好夠食,最後仲有藍梅芝士蛋糕,超正。老闆仲請我地食牛油配面包,個牛油應該係親自調配,很好食。我地係當晚唯一一枱客,老闆都肯為我地開門做生意,呢份敬業值得我再去多次。
