餐廳每台都有既小菜,花生同拍青瓜。拍青瓜好開胃,個酸度剛剛好。雞絲粉皮食上海野真係唔可以冇左雞絲粉皮,作為開胃菜一流,又可以頂下胃。依個雞絲粉皮既麻醬好濃郁,係比較杰身個種,麻味香濃,雞絲份量都唔少,加埋好爽口既青瓜絲,整體都唔錯。招牌京滬炒飯炒飯上面加左好多蟹籽,蟹籽每粒都脆卜卜,撈埋落炒個度食好正,好有口感。粉飯都有唔少蝦仁,夠哂蝦味。拔絲蕃薯我最期待既甜品!一上台已經俘虜左大家既心啦。拉得高高既拔糖拔絲同炸到金黃色既糖衣蕃薯真係好吸引!厚厚既金黃色糖衣包住熱烘烘既蕃薯,糖衣雖然厚身,但好脆好好食,一咬開脆皮既糖衣就食到鬆鬆軟軟既蕃薯,口中有兩種不同既口感,再加埋糖絲就有另一種感覺啦!蕃薯自然既甜味同糖衣既香甜好夾。
