之前食過印象唔錯,聽朋友講轉左個前米之蓮二星主廚再來試下。一坐低最大感覺同以前唔同嘅係用食材靚咗見到介紹呢盤今晚用的食材就好期待。幾多下靚食材,有拖羅、生拆紅蟹肉雲吞、黑松露蛋、海螯蝦。前主菜加錢轉咗花膠,主菜可以揀紅蝦或者日本飛驒牛。以下係我最鍾意的三款:1)西班牙藍鰭吞拿魚拖羅2)炭燒龍蝦汁燴花膠,烤香在客人面前上枱,第一次食呢種做法好特別3)XXXL紅蝦 risotto,影唔出佢有幾大隻,經理介紹有近30cm,好少見咁大剩低嘅每道菜都非常唔錯,水準提升咗。聽經理講menu菜式會keep住轉,今餐我同朋友都好飽好滿意,得閒會返來食。
