To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不是第一次到這餐廳，以前冇覺得咁差，而家明顯人手不夠，門口帶位冇認真查每個人的體溫，每張枱距離好近，服務員欠專業，招呼好差！如果你是熟客就不一樣，熟客就當你神一般，食物水準一般，枱上食物食完後，不理會你的食品有冇全都上齊馬上俾帳單我們，每次都要叫人加水和收拾空碟、茶和餐前小食不合理收費，二項加起來共差唔多30幾蚊，仲未計加一，很多比它們高級的餐廳都冇咁貴，千萬不要坐房間，沒有人嚟招呼，廁所不干淨，異味很大，洗手地方很污糟，沒有打理
