今晚帶婆婆出外吃晚飯,選擇了這家位於銅鑼灣假日酒店的芝士蓮推介「新斗記」,因為它的乳豬很出名,而且亦有舊式餸菜,婆婆一定很滿意。$10/茗茶 花生$5/位 《是日老火湯 $128》赤小豆煲粉葛豬𦟌湯粉葛煲至半蓉,加上豬𦟌提味,湯味香濃而不膩,赤小豆亦有去水腫的功效,覺得特別適合女士飲用。《乳豬(例牌$144,1/4隻$188,半隻$358,全隻$698)》這是例牌份量。乳豬皮如薯片般的薄脆香口,而且一點不油膩,味道口感一流,當然是招牌。《啫啫雜菜煲 $78》熱烘烘很夠鑊氣, 職員再將雜菜炒兩下後蒜香撲鼻,雜菜亦嫩,很惹味。《金瑤琵琶豆腐 $88》豆腐拌有獻汁菜心和瑤柱。豆腐鬆軟入味,當中混有冬菇粒更添口感。唯菜心有點硬,老人家吃得較吃力。最後職員還送我們紅豆沙糖水呢.
