去銅鑼灣食粵菜,要食有質素的,呢間一定有份,位於時代廣場後面,十分方便。見到D報導已經好肚餓。仲係門口已經見到咁大個金牌,一定要食乳豬。氣氛很熱鬧,未到8點已經滿座,都幾多大枱,很適合一家人或一班朋友聚會。(茗茶 $10/位+前菜花生$5/位)招牌即燒乳豬例($168)乳豬皮好似薯片咁脆,肉部分較多脂肪,嫩滑非常,啱晒識食嘅你。薑葱龍躉頭腩煲($238)魚很有膠質,骨頭較大容易食用,魚肉又滑又彈牙,薑葱爆完非常香口滋味,連葱都很美味,食到lam lam 脷,可以食到幾碗飯。鎮店鹵水頂鴿皇($98),食開脆皮乳鴿,真係好少食鹵水的,頂鴿皇都幾大隻又幾多肉,鹵水味唔會太咸,但係都好入味,肉質嫩滑,沒炸的咁熱氣。啫啫什菜煲($78)有西蘭花、白菜仔、菜心,蝦醬很入味,落埋蒜頭辣椒炒,香噴噴,很惹味。煲很保溫,放左一陣仲係好熱。飯後甜品也不賴,有紅豆沙、芝麻糊,味道好濃郁,唔太甜。
