Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到屯門新墟,想遠離大型連鎖店餐廳尋找一些地道美食,不需華麗裝修,只需食材食物美味又衞生。來到鮮魚湯店,一進店就會聞到陣陣魚腥味,足以證明這店真的用鮮魚製作。招牌墨汁墨魚丸王,配墨汁魚麵,加紫菜 $45墨汁墨丸配清魚湯好好食,口感彈牙,墨汁味濃,而且墨丸裡混有墨魚粒,絕對食得出是足料又新鮮。墨汁魚麵是要另加$10的,個人覺得墨汁魚麵一般,沒有墨汁味,但口感彈牙,下次可以食普通魚麵。吃飽飽之後,見到可以買生料外賣,由於個墨汁墨丸真的有質素,都想買些少回家煮麵時作配料,不過價格有點貴,還是下次路經才再吃吧。生料墨汁墨丸:$88/磅

墨汁墨丸配清魚湯好好食,口感彈牙,墨汁味濃,而且墨丸裡混有墨魚粒,絕對食得出是足料又新鮮。

墨汁魚麵是要另加$10的,個人覺得墨汁魚麵一般,沒有墨汁味,但口感彈牙,下次可以食普通魚麵。
