To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炒飯應該可以算代表到香港既本地美食而提到炒飯 , 牛頭角金飯館都一定會入一席今次經開就會一會佢,響佢未開鋪果陣響門口等左陣,之後開門就立刻安排入座...話咁快 位都坐滿 都可以睇到間鋪好受歡迎~叫左招牌椒鹽豬扒炒飯,佢話要等10-15分鐘黎到第一眼見到個炒飯係,咁大份既?但食落先發現其實飯量 唔係咁多,只係配料多 炒飯個飯唔知係未專登想做到干身,我食落好干,仲有D硬 配埋佢D料頭 硬上加硬 (SAD豬扒就炸得幾好 唔會好干 同份量都算多不過1個炒飯要$8X 其實都算幾貴下 ,依個味道同價錢 對我黎講就唔太值~

但食落先發現其實飯量 唔係咁多,只係配料多 


炒飯個飯唔知係未專登想做到干身,我食落好干,仲有D硬 配埋佢D料頭 硬上加硬 (SAD
豬扒就炸得幾好 唔會好干 同份量都算多

不過1個炒飯要$8X 其實都算幾貴下 ,依個味道同價錢 
對我黎講就唔太值~
