To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #小秘書 由細幫襯「南記」到今時今日,對佢哋嘅 #牛丸、#春卷 始終情有獨鍾❤️ 加少少自製辣醬喺湯入面,簡直完美組合。最近 #銅鑼灣 #波斯富街 分店又重開,#小秘書 再唔需要爬幾層樓梯幫襯 #怡和街 分店喇🤩 呢日食完飯,收到媽媽急call,原來佢九點幾都未食飯,咁啱我又喺「南記」附近,一於買碗 #招牌河(牛丸、魚旦、春卷河)、另加一份淨 #春卷 返去同媽媽撐枱腳。比錢果果時,好在醒起要「分湯上」,唔係返到去一定變咗份「漿糊」啫😅由銅鑼灣返屋企都要30分鐘,好在返到去啲湯都未凍,媽媽直接倒落碗粉就食得👍🏻 而我咪不停喺旁邊偷食新鮮炸起嘅春卷囉 好味呀!
