Restaurant: Chatterbox Café (AIRSIDE)
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係Airside等朋友前食個飯，見到chatterbox cafe諗起佢尖沙咀店成日排長龍，但哩度竟然唔洗等位!環境靚而且幾多位下，唔滿座所以一個人都有卡位坐。招牌既海南雞飯果然無令人失望，雞有兩部份一邊髀一邊胸，皮位薄而香，配既三款醬料都好好食，特別中意個薑，好香唔油膩。油飯粒粒都油潤帶有雞湯味，正。串燒豬，牛，雞各兩串，真係燒到有層焦香係外面，肉亦唔會燒到過乾，手勢幾好，點埋個沙嗲汁好惹味。菠蘿梳打入面有真菠蘿粒，唔係罐頭貨👍🏻
