To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日早放工去做物理治療，完咗順勢拍拖食個晚飯🤭之前已經想食呢間Chatterbox cafe，見到唔算多人，即刻衝去拎位😆二人套餐有齊小食，主菜，蔬菜同飲品，小朋友才做選擇，我全都要😊小食揀左黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕(半份)黑醬油經過熱炒，令到啲蘿蔔糕有少少嘅焦糖香辣，呢個味道非常特別，surprisingly好食👍🏻主菜當然係有招牌菜 - 文華海南雞飯，同埋老公最愛嘅肉骨茶(不過今次係麵底)🤣雞肉嫩滑不在話下，配上三款靈魂醬汁：黑醬油，薑蓉同祕製辣椒醬，各有風味；另有香而不過分油膩既香米飯同美味清香既雞湯，果然係signature dish 🤤呢個係白胡椒肉骨茶，有濃濃嘅白胡椒同蒜頭香味，比較適合香港人既口味。同平時食開馬來西亞版嘅味道好唔同。有原粒蒜頭俾你㗎蔬菜揀咗蠔油小棠菜飲品我地要咗雜莓茶同錫蘭奶茶好滿足嘅一餐晚飯😌
