很久之前在太子吃過,今次來到灣仔,再來試試。招牌花膠雞米線 $68必吃的招牌菜,天氣稍為轉涼當然選擇跟爐上。雞湯味濃,花膠和米線吸收雞湯,更為美味。雞件多肉,肉質嫩滑。姬松茸竹笙花膠雞薯粉 $78期間限定菜式之一,益腎補虛。真材實料,姬松茸、竹笙、花膠和雞肉全齊。雞湯有菇菌香味,加上紅棗,味道香甜。薯粉吸湯力強,口感不失煙韌。椒鹽粟米 $32上次見鄰桌吃得津津有味,今次就點了。粟米香甜,椒鹽烹調更惹味可口,用作佐酒應該不錯。除了米線,還有火鍋,看到別人吃,又想下次再來。幸好今次我們早一步到,否則要排隊了。
