To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一杯常常門口大排長龍,有時好耐性既話都會等下,暫時幫襯過幾次。這兒食物選擇其實不算多,我們通常會叫關西燒。今次選了這個有三種toppings:豚肉,雞肉,貝柱。 算頗足料,有好多貝柱,夠鮮味之餘,亦有嘗到豚肉雞肉的香味。關西燒上面層皮,燒汁的味道也可口,沒有搶走的味道,讚!
