To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

崩沙牛腩河粉 $52本人從不食牛雜,只鐘意食火鍋肥牛,但食過崩沙牛肉之後回不去了,好食到上網check佢係邊個部位,原來屬於牛下腹側肉,係帶有筋、肉、油花嘅肉塊,比例佳,鬆軟帶汁,口感一張一弛,抵畀多個Like👍🏻👍🏻魚三寶米線 $38有招牌魚蛋,口感絕了!爽軟彈滑,同場加映魚片頭、魚皮餃,雖然魚皮餃並非生招牌,但個饀味道不俗,完仼不像街邊一盒幾十隻有骨,手工感強,皮比較有韌度,啲味唔怕流失。招牌魚蛋河粉 $35+6(轉伊面)魚蛋同魚片頭不用多說,店家百分之一百魚肉新鮮製造,湯底三款一樣,完全沒蓋過食材的鮮味,至於伊面相對較頂肚,適合胃口大嘅女仔例如我。菜心 $16火候控制時間理想,菜心框不硬腍身,依然保持翠綠,配甜甜哋蠔醬,很滿意。

魚三寶米線 $38
有招牌魚蛋,口感絕了!爽軟彈滑,同場加映魚片頭、魚皮餃,雖然魚皮餃並非生招牌,但個饀味道不俗,完仼不像街邊一盒幾十隻有骨,手工感強,皮比較有韌度,啲味唔怕流失。
