To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. .依間餐廳負評都幾多,主要係因為啲服務員既態度唔好。其實我都覺得既。..佢既招牌菜係北京填鴨,好多遊客都幕名而來。.依度係無半隻賣既,因為佢係有師傅將原隻燒鴨係你面前切,除左可以欣賞下刀功,重可以確保到上碟既溫度。.片皮鴨份量好多,切左兩大碟。溫度夠熱同皮都夠硊身,鴨香好足,加上唔會好肥。點埋醬汁加條葱包起黎食,唔錯。不過包果塊皮唔夠,加就要再額外加錢。..再介紹下佢煲雲呑雞,個雞湯放左成隻雞入去煲,所有精華出曬黎,飲落好雞甜。而雲呑幾大粒,餡料有新鮮蝦同豬肉,我可以話係皮薄餡靚,調味岩岩好。雞肉分開上,食完重可以添湯。.總結黎講,唔計佢既服務態度,依個雲呑雞比到我一種傳統粵菜既味道,正。.

片皮鴨份量好多,切左兩大碟。溫度夠熱同皮都夠硊身,鴨香好足,加上唔會好肥。點埋醬汁加條葱包起黎食,唔錯。不過包果塊皮唔夠,加就要再額外加錢。
