成日經過銅鑼灣c出口,都會見到呢間餐廳,今次入去試下啦!餐廳用色比較特別,用咗舒服嘅粉橙色同蘋果綠色,俾人舒服嘅感覺。原來有2 層,地方幾闊落,仲有包箱房,私人空間好足。 🔎黑毛豬叉燒皇拼切雞$80 (可選配燒腩仔/香妃雞/油雞/燻蹄)黑毛豬叉燒係招牌菜之一。肉質比較結實,同平時食開嘅軟稔口感好唔同,唔係成日食開嘅半肥瘦叉燒,無咩肥肉。 蜜燒汁滲透哂喺叉燒。 水準更高嘅仲有切雞,非常嫩滑。定價比較進取,不過係計埋喺旺區同黑毛豬,燒味份量都幾多。🔎水煮魚片龍脷柳 $85 可以微辣,同樣辣得過癮,魚片無骨,索哂啲辣湯,有約六片,正常份量,仲有超多薯粉墊底。🔎雜果冰$8超多椰果同菠蘿,不過飲落偏甜。
