味道就Dry啲(姐喺冇咁甜),相對清爽,配牛舌同腩肉呢啲油脂重嘅嘢食,口感反而smooth啲😌

熟露枯 山廢 純米吟釀 山田錦
呢款sake係儲存喺防空洞慢慢熟成,除咗Dry啲之外,仲會有陣陣米香,配合雞肉、雞翼、粟米等油脂較低嘅食物,會突出本身嘅鮮甜味😏

LIBROM Craft Sake Verbena
較為新穎嘅sake,喺完熟前一日加咗啲檸檬汁同馬鞭草,幽香又清新,味道酸甜有氣泡,解膩解滯👍🏻
