我係napoleon既超級fans!食過paris既作品~一試愛上..誓要尋找最好食既拿破崙! 好食既宗旨係:新鮮既酥皮唔會有水氣~要crispy鬆化脆口+蛋香奶油味既custard!而非cream+sponge cake! 面頭塊朱古力好脆好好食!酥皮有別於我平時食開的,點講呢?感覺就是整塊焦糖味的朱古力包著酥皮,唔算係鬆脆但黎得實在(唔知自己講咩?),吉士雖然唔係充滿雲呢嗱籽,但甜度足以蓋過一切!實在好味!$48+10%~ so yum!!
