To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 我心底非常討厭稻香,近年全部點心已由大陸工場製造再速遞到港,極度厭惡﹗油膩重味的出品,每次食完都十分口渴,周身唔舒服。見同事們誠意拳拳,免強出席支持下,話晒冬至前夕聚餐。香麻煎堆仔,竟然第一味上場係甜品﹗熱辣辣咬啖,平凡豆沙餡,芝麻外層脆脆,不過不失。原蝦燒賣皇,咸蝦略爽,肥豬肉球油膩滑嘟嘟而結實,趁熱食沒那麼油感,放涼就非常大鑊。稻香蝦餃皇,餃皮綿胎那麼厚,怕隻蝦會凍親嗎?還是怕隻蝦太生猛會破皮而出呢?實色韌韌的餃皮是乾硬的,假爽啤水蝦腥到盡頭咸味嗆喉。試試另外一籠蝦餃,都是同樣情況,地獄劣質。山竹牛肉球無味,還恐怕不夠分而全部一開二,但同事們不太動手,看來牛肉球不受歡迎呢。無緊要,讓我來頂﹗慢慢半個半個地消滅,硬實質感淡茂茂沒有牛肉味,就連醃味也食不到。師傅忘記落味嗎?幸好有淋上喼汁點綴一下,起碼有陣酸味。鮑汁炆鳳爪,最穩陣之選。濃稠的鮑汁厚厚不水,可遇不可求,實屬難得。香甜味突出不嗆不濁,跟黏滑鳳爪融合得完美無暇,腳趾損得過癮美味。蜜汁叉燒,罕見叉燒鬆軟不乾硬,強咸中有一絲甜味,最衰完無焦香味道。入得口、吞得下,淨食重口味,撈飯會更合適。明爐燒鵝,何時推出迷你種的?還是 BB 鵝

明爐燒鵝,何時推出迷你種的?還是 BB 鵝呢?或是發育不良?身形奀滋滋骨多肉少皮包骨,肥膏處處,肥油滴滴。還藏著白色油淋淋厚厚脂肪在鵝皮之下,一咬飛油!使到我嘴仔反光閃令令,夠晒滋潤。皮韌肉鞋,醃味咸濁驚嚇,滾上大量酸梅醬感覺好少少。為何鵝頭那麼巨形的呢?跟身體不合比例喎,食三鹿奶粉長大的嗎?指鴨為鵝?鵝頭鴨身?實在疑點重重,體形細小,頭大身細,肉質鞋硬,肉味帶羶。


皮蛋瘦肉粥,三催四請終於出貨,由坐低等到中場喎!雖然微暖,不過味道真的不錯,咸味適中,豬肉甜味溶到粥水間,搭著皮蛋碎齊享,清爽的質地,舒服的感覺。


福建炒飯,以前頂級美味米芝連炒飯,依家已經風光不再。調味淡如水,炒飯無蛋香,靜蠅蠅無鑊氣,徹底失敗!辣椒油靠您喇,不想浪費食物,馬虎全部掃入口再吞落肚,完。


鮑汁乾燒伊麵,賣相靚仔喎,不知味道如何?乾屍伊麵嗎?只有微溫唔夠熱,毫無鑊氣,職員們實在太忙所以放係廚房一段時間才送到?麵質一流,嚥韌勁彈,不過濕不過腍,最敝味道過份清淡,不香不甜,了無生氣。
