To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天訂了位吃午餐。之前食過fish and chips 算不錯,所以這次再試一下set lunch。Set lunch 包括主菜、飯品、餐湯和沙津。叫了很少見的雞肝通粉配上mocha。餐湯、沙津和mocha也是正常。但雞肝通粉上菜,一陣強烈鹹魚氣味傳來氣味濃烈到對面也聞到雖然我也吃鹹魚,但完全沒有想到一間西餐廳會有這樣氣味強烈的食物,吃下去完全格格不入!我們猜想會不會是加了芝士,才會有這種強烈的氣味(不過有鹹魚味芝士嗎?)。吃下去並沒有特別鹹,味道也不是特別奇怪,口感就是碎肝臟加通粉⋯⋯由於氣味強烈,我已經不太知道自己在吃什麼......我用秒速吃光,因為怕味道傳到隔壁,影響其他人其實我覺得如果這道菜氣味這麼「特別」,點菜前應該溫馨提示一下!因為沒有人會想到氣味會這麼強烈(餐牌上也沒有仔細寫食物成份,說不定會有人食物敏感)這個set lunch只能說是伏,完全唔知自己食左咩...(只係知有雞肝)喺金鐘用左百七蚊食lunch,竟然有茶餐廳食鹹魚雞粒炒飯feel,好失望
