To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝母親生日,住在東涌想近近哋食自助餐,要實惠的可以去諾富特東薈城酒店;而確保好質素但較昂貴的,可以去富豪酒店的藝廊餐廳。自助餐以海鮮作主題。有澳洲小龍蝦、青口、扇貝、長腳蟹、大蝦、蠔,以不同的煮法的海鮮(燒烤、湯煮、椒鹽、海鮮pie、煎、蒸魚....),水準OK。肉類熱葷被忽略了,菜式不吸引.... 檸檬鴨、香草羊。刺身... 吞拿魚味道不新鮮,幾年前也有同樣問題。壽司款色多。沙律吧...我喜歡牛油果蟹柳沙律,太喜歡牛油果了;還有我喜歡吃的橄欖。建議加入多些款式的沙律。甜品...很不錯,製作水準高和認真。加入了幾款以生果為主的甜品,不嗜蛋糕者的最佳選擇;還有泰式甜品,以椰青糕最好味。我阿媽最愛海帶綠豆沙,我也欣賞焗蘋果批(以小碗盛著的)。玩特色的有薰衣草布甸,但不是個個接受薰衣草的味道。Cheese cake 不錯。還有大人小朋友都喜歡的chocolate fountain。不可缺少的雪糕bar,可隨個人口味加入topping,sauce。各式生果。綜觀:甜品、前菜較強,海鮮熱葷OK。發現人手不夠,很久才有人收拾餐具。雖然以海鮮為主題,但嫌忽略了肉類菜式,不是個個愛吃海鮮。
