上完第一堂學車,真係心血都消耗得七七八八。估唔到真係咁難學,唯有叫朋友出黎俾啲貼士同建議所以就揀左古今呢度,居酒屋嘅環境令人坐落幾舒服。知道呢道捲物出名,所以點左幾款慢慢嘆。龍捲風沙律。用上蟹柳絲/蟹籽/薯片/沙律醬等混和沙律菜。口感豐富之餘味道幾清爽,作為開胃前菜啱啱好。食時覺得有些少辣味提醒味蕾,應該係用上山葵及辣味薯片作為調味,係細節位做功夫幾唔錯。蜘蛛。主要以青瓜/牛油果及軟殼蟹組成,傳統紫菜卷做法,應該用上兩隻蟹而成,頭尾嘅腳切左出黎,有啲似蜘蛛而得名啩。裡面嘅軟殼蟹好酥脆,配上醬油及青瓜絲抵消油膩感,唔錯。只係覺得壽司飯壓得太實,口感影響左少少。煙花。吞拿魚碎鋪滿壽司表面。肥美十足油香幾夠而且刴得夠細,所以魚肉入口綿滑。一開始以為係個MENU打錯係無三文魚的,但吃落先發現三文魚藏左係底下,些許嘅辣味為吞拿魚作出點綴,相輔相成。忘不了你。芒果/牛肉/芝士三樣都係朋友最愛,所以佢差不多包辦2/3分量,只能分到兩件。因為芒果當造所以食落好清甜,配搭上芝士及牛肉嘅咸香,十分唔錯又夠清新。食完個味道到依家都記憶猶新。最後追加左個煎豆腐,香滑豆腐配上偏甜醬汁的確唔錯,表面又煎得少少香口
