To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係慶祝屋企人生日的日子，樓下別家酒樓擺酒無得食，所以轉食呢間酒樓。結果好掃興，服務惡劣，食物全部一齊上，食左少許，全枱的餸已經凍晒，叫佢地hold起最後個味餸，竟然回覆佢地控制唔到幾時上枱，廚房有單就上菜！真係從未聽講唔可以hold住唔上住，係咪唔好一次過落單，要20分鐘落一個餸？全程無人執蝶，碗碟有裂痕，換左2隻杯，1隻匙羹。食物好差，龍躉蒸過龍，好老，四季豆好鹹，片皮鴨2食好鹹，係冬瓜盅還可以。仲話係婚宴專門店，咁樣的服務都唔會有下次，生日飯都搞成咁，點做婚宴呀？千奇唔好幫襯！呢餐飯都成千蚊都要受氣，給錢多謝都唔講！
