今晚行經希慎,順便在附近覓食見到甘饕就進店燒鵝下庄配瀨粉都好夾,最多肉的位置,肉連皮相連,一排係鵝肉好壯觀,肉質嫩滑,配上酸梅醬,酸酸甜甜,去油膩。瀨粉的湯底係豬骨湯,很濃味。叉燒有雙拼,肥燶配蜜汁叉燒,肥燶叉燒厚身,油脂與肉相間,所謂罪惡感,算吧啦,食咗再減啦。蜜汁叉燒大件,好滑口,少少焦香,唔錯。山楂咕嚕肉色澤嫩紅,醬汁包裹豬肉,濕度唔錯,無話好乾身,份量算多。冰花皮蛋配酸薑片是前菜,皮蛋蛋黃是有少少流心,配酸薑食一流,薑片唔太厚,微辣,都食得過癮。餐湯是西洋菜豬骨湯,湯料很豐富,味道香濃,我很喜歡西洋菜湯,清熱又好飲,湯料仲有豬骨,南北杏,很香甜。
