To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時夜晚好瘋狂多人等位,自問耐性一般,多數半途而廢。今日陪老細去食,因為早左出去又訂定枱就梗係食到啦!店內環境真係幾正,有一刻會以為自己去左日本添 (當然快速清醒知道身在apm啦)。例牌影返幾張相先⋯佢有午市定食,唔駛煩,叫左個壽司盛,老細梗係食好西 — 鐵板燒啦 (帆立貝、牛柳粒)D野食都算快到,蕎麥麵湯底清清地,有幾粒菇,麵略淋,還ok吧!前菜都係普通野,牛舌漬物主角到,壽司定食 — 吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚、魷魚、腐皮、三文魚卷,真係普通質素食物而已。坦白說,如果唔駛等位我會食晏,但如果要我排好耐隊食晚餐我會選擇放棄吧⋯⋯呢個價錢,相信有更好選擇啦!
