To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

排隊食燒肉，個店地下好油，由於老爸以前在附近上班，很愛食。今天經過所以一家人去食下。評：D燒肉皮很脆，堅脆，而且肉味鮮不穌，味俾8/10 . 不過＄180一碟，都很貴，五人食一碟加白飯。叉燒真係，又鞋又硬，不好味，而且太健康（太瘦）5/10坐得好唔好，好迫成日有人要搭你台。我們本來5人要分台。後來有四人台走，把我們5人迫進。
