趁着假期,就去了大埔「掃街」,上網不少人都推介大埔必食的係燒賣及粉果,今次就去了昌運中心的街舖:粉果佬。地點不算難揾,店舖係東海堂麵包店隔離,不是住該區的人都好快揾到。當日是公眾假期的中午12點左右,人龍雖然不長,但都要排隊。餐廳除了主打的燒賣、粉果,更有碗仔翅及魚肉碗仔翅。餐廳名物魚肉燒賣$10/5粒、粉果$12/3粒。餐廳只供外賣,如果好似我呢D "遊客",只可以係餐廳前端的空地食食。本身我唔算食好辣,呢個辣椒油已經去到我的盡頭(笑),辣味勁出,相反甜豉油的味道就不是太夠,有點被辣椒油蓋過了。粉果外皮彈牙,但略為厚了點。餡料唔似平常漲卜卜,不過口感尚算豐富。魚肉燒賣內裏略為乾了少少,而且味道較淡,有少少失望。==============================我係一個愛寫字愛分享的吃貨!如果鍾意我分享的,我邀請您訂閲我的食評,我會繼續與大家繼續發掘有咩CP高的冰糧!(敬禮)
