To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 掛住台灣的時候,想起五年前同朋友隻身飛到台灣,我第一次嚐到台灣地道便當,最懷念就係嗰隻滷水蛋。今日經過百芳池上便當,當然係想念台灣的味道,然後要邊吃邊懷念那次台灣旅行,我點了一個台灣焢肉便當任意打卡,有點像當日第一次食台灣便當的情景。我加了15元夜市花枝丸,外面是香香脆脆的炸丸,上面灑上香辣味粉。我的便當包含焢肉,就係五花腩,用過滷水炆煮,又厚又多的豬肉肥膏是入口即溶的感覺。肉質是需時烹調的質感,香辣菜甫和粉絲也在刺激我的味蕾,也有我最愛的滷水蛋,喜歡就是喜歡台灣便當一盒也很豐富。我揀上的黑糖冬瓜檸檬,聽起來很養生🤣其實我就是喜歡酸酸甜甜的飲品,醒胃啲😊😊黑糖味道較重,飲品我會俾滿分,因為佢唔太甜,味道恰到好處 。另外當然唔少得買雞翼便當同雜莓茶返去俾女女食啦🤩
