To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

探燒之旅超級網紅店：看見小紅書很多人推介探燒燒烤，我跟朋友就過來試了。的確很好吃。我點評一下餐單的菜式吧～麻辣無骨鴨掌這個鴨掌很好吃，香味無窮，咬上去有點韌，韌口香辣，很棒。大大大茄子這個簡直太受歡迎了，看見附近每張桌都有。貳口味真的還挺好吃的，茄子真的是很大之餘，茄子本身的絲筋爽口而且調味很適合，辣粉加上孜然粉很配合。渣男五花肉這個名字就聽起來很渣男，果然這個渣男很好吃。不怪的很多女孩都被渣男深深吸引住了。即開即燒生蠔這個生蠔真的很大隻，不過上次來的時候就賣完了，這次終於能吃到。很好吃。燒的剛剛好。棒棒的。

這個鴨掌很好吃，香味無窮，咬上去有點韌，韌口香辣，很棒。

大大大茄子
