To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

女兒很喜歡吃餃子，試過一次可以叫了四碟(每碟十隻)，今次他們手下留情只吃了三十隻。每碟$58，加一。一風堂最基本的麵是白丸，$68，兩塊肉，用幼麵。加辣，可以叫赤丸，或辣肉味噌，$76，奇怪地用了公仔曲麵。新增雞肉拉麵，$78，太太說似嫩雞煨麵，用粗麵。今次很特別，三款麵都用上了不同類型的麵條，估佢唔到。
