今日同事提議去太古城中心Banchan and Cook午餐。店採自助形式,方便有效率。松露野菌蛋包飯($102)大大碟,賣相吸引味道佳。蛋香撲鼻,蛋吃落又滑又有蛋味。野菌份量也多,配埋香滑的忌廉醬和車厘茄送飯一流,素食者也愛吃。跟餐沙律好食有營,尤其是南瓜和椰菜花。烤雞卡邦尼年糕($92)比卡邦尼意粉更吸引。年糕軟硬適中,烤雞皮脆肉嫩,好味。甜辣無骨炸雞每次都叫,今次也保持水準。雞大大件炸得剛好,甜辣的濃汁掛在雞肉上很惹味,美味到吃完一塊又一塊。伴炸雞的炸薯條和年糕也很好味,不要錯過。$108半份大大份,是超值必食之選。海鮮煎葱餅($89)一份三塊大大塊,香葱和海鮮夾味,沾埋辣汁更出色。烤朱古力棉花糖($78)有特色,打卡一流,令我勾起童年愉快回憶。加熱溶化的棉花糖混合消化餅吃落有質感,不妨一試。濟州鮮奶綠茶($42)可選熱或凍,淡淡的奶茶味配甜的烤朱古力棉花糖幾夾味。士多啤利紅桑子梳打($42)加青檸清爽不甜,是消暑佳品。如不叫飲品,餐廳提供多款免費水果茶,清新健康。今餐吃得滿意,價錢合理,店環境服務衛生也佳。推介!
